About the Role: We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our team.

Job Title: ServiceNow Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain solutions on the ServiceNow platform.


• Configure platform components to automate business processes and enhance IT service management.


• Develop custom applications and modules within ServiceNow.


• Integrate ServiceNow with other systems and applications.


• Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure optimal platform performance.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.


• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for ServiceNow implementations.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in software engineering specifically around ServiceNow Portal development.


• Demonstrate expertise in at least 2 ServiceNow modules.


• Proficient in scripting languages (JavaScript, Glide) and front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, Angular).


• Experience working on system integrations between ServiceNow and other applications using REST API.


• Debugging and monitoring experience to ensure platform stability.


• HR Service Delivery, ITSM, or Workplace Services experience.

Plusses:

• ServiceNow Certifications.


• ServiceNow Portal Experience

Location: Columbus, OH & Wilmington, DE (hybrid 3-4 days in office)

Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $135k - $145k annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is eligible for commissions in accordance with the terms of the Company s plan. Commissions for this position are estimated to be based on individual performance. Additionally, this role is also eligible for bonus based on achievement of mutually agreed KRAs.
